Poor Service at MTN Middleburg Mall

I went to MTN Middleburg Mall on 9 October 2021) We were requested to wait outside for more than an hour due to systems being off line. After so many hours waiting they then opened the door to assist. I informed them that I m requesting an upgrade. The lady that was assisting me said since their system is off line I must just leave my detail they will call me when they have processed my application. On the same day I received an sms stating that my application has been approved. I then called the store on the very same date and I was told that I will receive my phone before Friday 15 October because they don’t keep iPhones in the store. On 14 October I called the store again just check how far are they with my order and I was told to wait. I again called the store on 16 October and I spoke to another lady and she told me that the lady that is dealing with my order was off and unfortunately I won’t be able to get IPhone because they won’t be receiving iPhones anymore. I am still waiting just for update no one is calling me instead I must be the one calling the store always. They must just cancel my contact with MTN as I am no longer interested. Thank you
