POOR SERVICE AT MTN INSURANCE

Hi all, My phone(iPhone 8 plus) screen cracked. I made an insurance claim it was accepted. Picked up by courier company and sent to the repair center. I was told the phone is now fixed and has been despatched. I have been waiting for this phone for 2 weeks. I have called MTN insurance claim everyday for the past 2 weeks and everyday they story has a changed from the phone has been dispatched, it should arrive tomorrow , the tracking number is being fixed, it hasn’t left the repair center, please call the courier company. And I’ve been helped by no one. I’ve been getting the run around, phones have been cut while I’m holding, people claim to be assisting me yes I have received zero concrete information. I don’t know if MTN is lying and is running some sort of a game but something is very fishy here. They have had the phone close to a month now. Everyday it’s something different and I am quiet angry and fed up with their antics. I don’t know if they staff isn’t adequately trained but something needs to be done and I DEMAND my phone back. And I’m thinking I need to cancel all my devices with this insurance company(MTN) because they are very ***********.
