Poor service at MTN Hifgveld Ma

I have a personal contract at MTN for about 10 years. I want to transfer the contract to the name of the church. I am the pastor. I started with this process on the 2nd of February. Until today they just tell me they are waiting for head office. When you ask for the manager or supervisor, they are never available. You get no feedback. When I phone them and ask about this matter, they suddenly don't know anything about it. I have a deadline for the 1st of April.
