Poor service at MTN Gateway

I'm so disappointed with the service I received at Mtn gateway. I went there on the 02 June 2020 to renew my contract. I was assisted by the consultant Gugu. She told me that it's her last day that day, when i come back I must look for any consultant. The following day we went there with my wife and there was no network. Consultant by the name of Andile assisted us who gave us his cell number to call and check the status when the network is back. We are staying in Kokstad which is 300kms away from Durban. He is no longer picking up his phone and MTN gateway number isn't being picked up. We are frustrated and don't know what to do. We tried mtn Kokstad but they can't do anything as they so can't get hold of Mtn gateway.
