Poor service at MTN

Hi can I please be assisted on cancellation of a data package I took From MTN at the year 2020,I went to MTN branch in Nelspruit then again went to Heidelberg mall for assistance but they never got help on the cancellation they gave a number to call and do the cancellation and said to me that they don’t do cancellation at their stores it’s now 2025 I’m still paying for a data package I’m not using because there’s no coverage in the area I’m in,it’s unfair that I open this data package in store but cannot be assisted to cancel it
