Poor service at MTN

Can someone anyone from MTN billing department contact me. It's been over a month trying to get through to MTN for cancelation of contract that ended in December. I've also been incorrectly billed and no one seems to know how to help me. The so called mtn champion really need training, this is just pure incompetence. Can someone resolve the matter...
