Poor service at MTN

Today I went to MTN store to pay my account and requested to opened because it was suspended for not paying in time. After I pay the whole I was informed they cannot open it because MTN locked. The consultant inform me to call 135 they will open it. After 4 hours I called 135 I have been holding for 2 hours still no one has help me how long must I wait for a someone to I'm so annoyed I don't understand such service
