Poor service at MTN

I has the absolute worst experience ever and the customer service I received is so poor.I sign up for a phone contract on their online platform on the 2nd of May and till this day I haven't received my phone. I have been calling them and they just say it will be sorted with the delivery company but nobody even contacts me
