POOR SERVICE AT MTN

I took my phone that I bought on contract with mtn at mtn kerk street in ermelo on the 10/06/2021 to be sent for repairs. I went for a follow up on the 29/06/2021 because I wasnt getting any notice for quote & SLA. Only to be shoved away by the manager there Alice with an attitude that left much to be desired. I then went to the other branch in Ermelo. They just told me they dont do repaires I should go to middleburg or Witbank, they dont operate like other mtn stores. I was addressed there while chatting on WhatsApp no determination to help a client at all. I sent a long email with all the details complaining on the 1/07/2021 to complaints@mtn & to service@mtn about the ridiculous service I received at the 2 mtn Ermelo shops. (Refnr ***) Carmen reponded on the 2/07/2021 with an apology of the breakdown of service levels. Assured me they would get back to me soonest with resolution. Today its the 20/07/2021 there has been nothing from mtn. This kind of service just makes wana cry ?. Mtn is allowing their 2 branches to get away with ****** here at the expense of my dissatisfaction and I am still expected I should think to pay for the service after 2months now my phone was sent for repairs and no communication with me what so ever... this is a wreck of service to say the least..
