Poor Service at MTN

I have complaint about MTN about three months ago but, yet have to receive a solution from them or any reaction regarding my previous post on hellopeter!!! They keep on promising me an answer at branch level in Brooklyn Pretoria and also on emails, but to no avail!!! In short they have double charged me on my December 2020 bill and are unable to provide a satisfactory answer. Unfortunately my contract have to run for a further 18 months after which I will for sure join Vodacom!!!
