Poor service at MTN

Howick branch. Pathetic. Rude staff member at the door. All I wanted to do was a sim swop as my previous SIM card was deactivated when my contract was upgraded. They had no SIM cards in stock when I eventually got to the front of the queue. How is that possible??? Poor service.
