poor service at Mall of africa

Hello Peter, i am not sure if l am on the right platform, l would like to complain about 2 ladies who are working at MTN shop at mall of africa, the 1 next Foschini.Those ladies are rude,poor service .We visted the shop trying to buy a cellphone and we where not welcomed by the service of two Light in complexion ladies in there 20's , they could not even help us as they where just figitting on their personal cellphones, we had to leave and go to the other shop next to Game where we welcomed buy a guy working there,if you can please stop those ladies using their phone during working hours.
