POOR SERVICE AT LAKESIDE MALL BRANCH

would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I experienced at your Lakeside Mall branch. I was disappointed by the unprofessional conduct of staff, who refused to assist me with an error that had been made previously.

In addition, I felt that the way I was treated was discriminatory and unacceptable. This behavior reflects poorly on the company and causes unnecessary distress to customers.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that corrective steps are taken to ensure fair and professional treatment of all customers.
