Poor service at Kim Park Branch

Today I visited your mtn shop in Kimberley, kim park branch. The door was shut and was bot yet 5pm. We entered thinking it could be for weather purposes, I waited to be assisted but everyone was just looking at me. I went over to the consultant and he bluntly told me "we're closed" not even considering to first find out what he can assist me with. A lady, named, Matshego escorted us out the branch without even making sure if I was assisted, very very poor service!

So firstly the branch was declared close before the end of business day and secondly the guy I spoke to and ms matshego could not even try to help me but just wanted me out of their branch! Very dissapointed! I'm a contract customer and always keeping the mtn brand high wherever I go.

As a loyal customer I would like this matter to be adressed as soon as possible.
