Poor service at his best

<p>Im so unhappy and frustrated for the lies and empty promises. I really feel like a fool cause the first time mtn insurance send me a phone that only last for less then 7 days they fetch the phone and i waited for a week then another cellphone was deliverded in 3 days the phone start freezing and i report it several times without any success just making me a fool weeks passed and still struggling. Then a couple of weeks someone name herman contact me and said he gonna make work of it still nothing. They send me also a msg they will obf the phone but really im no fool they can keep the last reject samsung s7 my husband gonna buy me rather a samsung s8.so herman ,suzelle and simone you can take me for your fools and laugh. Im not gonna leave it here. To treat a customer of more then 13 yrs like this. </p>
