Poor service as usually

I bought a sim card at pep stores and Rica it as part of a Unisa NSFAS beneficiary student to receive free data on May 2020 and I did received the data and I was left with almost 8 giga but of a suddenly after 2 months that is August my sim card is not longer working and says Rica barred and my airtime and my data of 7 gigabytes is gone, how possible is that after I have used the sim card and rica it and now says Rica barred? there is something fishy here. My number is ***. And I can't make any call with it or anything
