Poor service ane unskilled agents at retention department

One star is even to much for the pathetic service this company give.

I have a contract with them since 2014, this year i decide to cancell my contract.

I called in at Aprill to try and cancel the contract and the retention department advise me that i will be billed a cancelation fee for early cancelation and need to call in May of i didnt want to be billed the extra fee.

I called in may on the date the agent advise and guess what, once again same story , i need to call in June if i dont want to billed a cancelation fee. Once again i listen and called in june.

June month same story , i got upset and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor which i then did, the supevisor also spin me the same story and i then asked can they please email me the information as for the past 3 months i get the same story over and over again and im starting to get fed up hearing the same thing over and over again because im the one whom is going to pay the price if the cancellation is not done, she then told me they cant mail, however if anything happens they can give em the call recording and then sort it out

So then i called in july and finaly they cancelld the contract.

Gues what 3 days after cancellation i get my statment and my installment for that contract jumps from R299 to R1986.

I called them and now they are telling me that i cancelled outised my contract date and now are being billed out of contract rates .

I then went back in forth calling department after departmemt , sending emails and going into branch, just to get the same answer that my contract will be cancelled and im being billed out of contract rates.

However i keep in explaining and asking for recordings as i the customer did more then my part calling in 4 months in row to cancell this contract and their unskilled agents doesnt know what they are doing.

But i still havent receive any recordings or feedback, i sen daily mails and call daily to follow up and are continously being told they cant give me feedback as i need to wait for an agent to call me to give me feedback, and no agent is giving me that call.

For any future customers , stay away from this poor customer service company
