Poor Service and utter Frustration

Good Morning

Thank you for taking my call this morning.

You are now my 20 th call center agent that I have been dealing with and still my problem since March is not resolved, and now MTN is sending me threatening messeges that they are going to report me to the credit bureau after I have notified and advised and send 4 emails explaining what happend. The money was sent. Payment was done, excalations was made, but still MTN is not resolving the issue on hand.

Please see attached proof of payment for the above mentioned number.

Please forward to payment department.

I made a double payment on the 27th of March 2021 to MTN on account *** using by accidently an INCORRECT ref number.

Incorrect ref number as shown: (083238"0"539).

Double Payment made was for Febuary and March 2021 and the month of payment of R440.00 for Correct number ***, Geraldine Manzetti.

Please make sure the account department recieve the attachment as they are suspending my services continuously.

I will also report all those involved and excalate matters further if my matter is not resolved by today and if my services gets cut off again, reason for my frustration is due to I have been on the fone with 20 different mtn staff members trying to resolve this issue and I have sent proof of payment thru to Nobuhle Mthetwa and Aneliswe Mkhosana during the course of time, I am resending now to Zama Msibi and Jabulile Zwane

I would appreciate a reference number for this email and a response that the matter is resolved.

Dina from MTN had reactivated my services today 06/04/2021, please do not cut it off again.

Jabulile Zwane reactivated my services today 17/05/2021,

If I am handed over for a payment that I have actually made, MTN will be liable for further payments.

Get this resolved today.

I have been dealing with this since March and we are now in May.
