Poor Service and Unreliable Consultants

I continue to try and upgrade my contact. My last contact with MTN was last Friday when I was contacted by a person by the name of Haaroon, who undertook to resolve the long outstanding issue - reference number ***.

Haaroon undertook to get back to me if there were any problems, and I am still waiting for his call, as I then received a sms saying that they have paused my credit check until they have all the documents that they need!!!. No one has asked me for any documents, and I have no idea what documents they require.
