Poor service and unorganized

Poor service, My line was suspended ,after few hours I went to the store to make payment in the morning, until now my line is not open and I can't receive calls or make any calls, it's just disappointing, 15 hours now and I made several calls to their customer service and tell me that their side its unsuspended, and my line is still off
