POOR SERVICE AND UNDERMINING PEOPLE.

My name is Sipho. I'm paining because of mtn.i paid the account 16 days back but they haven't allocated my payment .they listed my name at creadit beru but I dont owe them a cent. I called 7 mtn legal department consultant to solve my issue but they keep on lieying to me everyday. I even went to Mtn store for that but no one is willing to help. I lost a job offer because it needed a car but I couldn't get a car because mtn listed me. They keep on saying they escalated the matter they will call me back but no one called me back.they kept me on hold for 1hour 30 minutes on line.
