poor service and poor product

Good morning peter.

I am an MTN contracts. I have been with them since 2008. In the entire SA country I have been the most loyal client ever. All my monthly installments are paid monthly as requested. Just on the 28/05/2016 decided to go and get an upgrade. In my mind I had 2 choices Latest Samsung Edge or Note 5. Got into the store I asked about the advantages and disadvantages of both phone then I went for a note 5. The first problem I had which wasn't an issue since its a minor thing was the quality of a camera. But then for a solution I downloaded candy cam apps and used to edit some of the picture for good colours. Now the worst one that annoyed me was this one. In October suddenly the phone started acting up telling me of fast charging or slow charging. If you charging it and you see fast charging on the screen it's okay but if you don't then you'll see another that says approximately 10 hours before its fully charged. So imagine you going to work and you telling your self you charging the phone but when you check it it's now on 40% and it Benn an hour an 30 minutes charging. Sometimes the phone friezes. You have to switch it off. On the 10/12/16 that's when I had time went to the store took everything including invoices. everything looked so new even the phone. The plastics and all. An Agent who helped me upgraded told me that they can take it to their repair centre but it takes too long and they don't courtesy phone, how about I take it there myself. Told him I don't have time. He advised me that I filled up forms and can send someone. I told told him that No wonder why the phone is discontinued. SAMSUNG and MTN new the problem we would encounter as customers. On Tuesday the 13/12/16 send someone to Ladana repairs centre. The receptionist said they won't give me a new phone they will book it in because they busy with stock taking and took that person's number and said they will call. Wednesday came, no call on Thursday she went just to check they said it's not yet done but they didn't call us. A waste of time and petrol. Peter I am paying too much for this SAMSUNG NOTE 5 MODEL SM-N920C for this kind of service and the quality of the phone. Please contact MTN to tell their CLIENT (SAMSUNG) TO REPLACE MY PHONE. I would understand if it felled on the water or is stollen. This is not my problem it's the factory faults. Both companies must do something especially Mtn because I'm doing business with them. they must replace my phone I don't believe in repairs especially with electric appliances. It feels as if it's a second hand once it's fixed.
