Poor Service and Never solving issues

If there was a 0 I would give them that. I have been trying to cancel my contract with them since June just to year that retentions do not have any contract with me anymore but billing have handed me over for a contract that I don't use and still keep on billing me. Please if a manager or someone can phone me and sort this out this will surely help me out a lot. Have been with them on the phone since 08:30 and still don't have any answers or anything. I am so frustrated and this is pathetic service really. Will never move over to them.
