Poor service and misrepresentation

An MTN agent canceled my contract and upgrade without my consent. I reported this to MTN since November. They deducted R11000 from my account which i had to reverse. I called them and theu promised to resolve. They dectucted anothwr R11000 in December which u reversed and called again and they promised to resolve. Now they have suspended my lines.
