Poor service and late replies and lying

My contract lapsed and one of the ******s coerced me to take 8 GIG that was costing R89 a month but not disclosing that the 4 gig is for the day and the other remainder is for "Ispoko",those that doesnt sleep but wait for 0:00AM till five in the morning only to use internet. Two weeks after discovering that,I phoned them to cancell all and they instead insisted that they would get the tape where i was fully briefed about these contract ye"Ipoko". They went in and found that that i was correct and they accepted the cancellation of that contract. I was left with one active contract and when it was due,i phoned & asked if theres any outstanding amount in it,i was told there''s non and i converted the number to pre-paid only to be told a month and two weeks later that the line shall be terminated due to outstanding R400,as if i never asked if theres any outstanding funds. This kind of service is very poor and i would never again take anything with MTN,i just told myself that i must spread the word before people people gets ****med.
