Poor Service and False Selling

I signed up for a contract that was being promoted. A consultant called me on monday and the application was approved and through the call i told her that i already have an MTN number. She said thats fine call *** when i receive the new sim and they will do it. I called this number and was advised to call ***. I called the said number and I explained to the consultant who told me that the whole process will take 14 days to complete. I was shocked, why wasnt i told about all this that it will take 14 days to do a sim swap. and the last consultant wasnt even empathetic. The service very poor and the selling process was not honesty. I want this cancelled. Poor Service
