Poor service and false advertising from MTN
I took out a cellphone contract with MTN which promised a cruise voucher. The sales agent completed all requirements in store for me and said I will be called from MTN to sort out the voucher. It's been a year now and several visits to the MTN store in Shelly Beach mall where i took the contract and still no help from them. Everytime I visit they say the matter is being escalated yet to date one year later no help.

11 Oct 2018, 07:41This is such a run around bearing in mind that I am dealing with MTN as my service provider and took the offer from MTN and not Samsung being a loyal customer since 2001 I feel MTN has shown very poor customer service.
If not through MTN I would not have taken this deal and MTN should address this matter as far as after Dale's service goes. This should not be my problem to run around now when my dealings is with MTN.
