Poor service and experience

My partner and I bought a router from the mtn service store at clearwater in November 2023. This was advertised as a black friday special, which came with a once data bundle and three months of Disney. After several trips to the store as well as even speaking to the manager of the store the matter is not resolved yet. As i have been told in store that nobody knows how the promotion works, and that it is not just my partner and I affected by this. It is worrying that after 6 months nobody has bothered to provide feedback, sounds like false advertising.?
