Poor service and empty promises

pathetic service from MTN , i was called for an upgrade in March for 30GB going for R250 i agreed to it , after 3 months I realised that it doesnt even last sometimes it vanishes and after a day the data comes back and I have to buy more data , in June i called to cancel my contract after getting a great deal at telkom , I spoke to a lady from retention and she said to me let me not cancel they will give me 50GB for R199 but i should call on the 27th of June for the deal to be completed, and she said the won’t be fees but the will be fees when i cancel, on the 27th of June I called and spoke to sonwabile mantile and apparently the deal of R199 for 50 GB is not there and sonwabile said they have 40gb for R169 and I said it’s still fine , but the problem was I need to pay R350 for upgrade and also R150 for service fees this is ridiculous and it was not agreed upon, when I called to cancel I was told I would be moved to the R199 package for 50GB with no charge and i let go of my offer, when I called on the 27th of June sonwabile gave me different information and he said the manager RYAN BOCK will give me a call to resolve this still no call received Can I get what was promised please , now when I call I’m being transferred back and forth and told about different MTNs and different retentions departments, that’s nothing to do with me … I just need what I was promised cause I have already let go of my better offer at telkom
