Poor Service and customer ******ion by MTN SA

so disappointed with MTN services, had a sim card contract for data bundles with them, have been complaining about their poor network coverage since last year 2021 only to be told by their call center agents that there's nothing wrong with the network tower servicing my area. finally decided I couldn't take it anymore paying for a service i am not enjoying or event using when am at place. Yoah the contract cancelling process was other nightmare bouncing from one consultant to another and later to be told I must pay R500.00 for contract cancellation , imagine making their own customers pay simply because they cant deliver a reliable internet connection but any way I have payed them and managed to cancel the contract finally. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone, avoid MTN data contracts unless you enjoy a buffering internet service where you cant event view a whatsaap video status, and if you enjoy streaming Netflix, Showmax and Prime video forget about it under MTN.
