Poor service and communication

HelloPeter, MTN is a **** I took a phone through contract 2016 and the company I worked for after 9 months of paying the contract was insolvency and liquidated which I submitted relevant documents need to the store hence the contract itself has a insurance they send me the letter of acknowledgement and cancel it on the system but that was done 2022 January. Which I was thereafter been unemployed until 2022. So yesterday I went to MTN to enquire about contract phone and they told me that I can't because their attorney never gave them feedback or any letter, I told the MTN salesman from Boulders Midrand store who's responsibility is that to make sure the system is updated and she rep**** that it's mine and I showed her the email I received from MTN attorneys. So now MTN does not want to give me another contract which I qualify for
