Poor service and communication

I have a data contract which expires sometime now in April. Knowing that it was coming to an end, I went into your Clearwater branch in February only to be told that I can give notice to cancel from the 1st of March. I duly went again on the first of March to give notice to cancel to be told that I can only give this notice on the 17th of April. I went in for a third time today to cancel my contract to be bluntly told that I have to call 808 to cancel the contract. I have tried calling but the hotline is not very user friendly. How am I supposed to cancel this contract if I can't get through to someone with this hotline and nobody can cancel it in a store? The service I have received has been very poor from MTN as this is not the first issue I have had with this contract. I suppose that I now am liable to pay for another month now that the contract has lapsed but this is not fair as your systems and employees make this process very difficult.
