Poor service and ***** by MTN, ****mers!!!

A month later still no feedback from MTN, emails not rep****, I even went personally to their store at Dainfern and as always, my issue was not resolved, I was told that an investigation would be conducted and they would get back to me. To date, i have not received any feedback.
