Poor Service and Billing

I took up a contact in October and I remember specifically telling the consultant to make the contract a TOP-UP. For the past 5 years being an MTN contract holder I have always instead upon this, even when the contract was for an open line. My first mistake was never checking my deductions, but in the past I never did because the contracts were a TOP-UP, meaning I paid the same amount every month, it would never change.

In February I only made R1300 available to cover my contracts because that is how much they should all roughly come to, only to be notified that there were insufficient funds. I spoke to a consultant on the 07/07/16 who informed that as it appeared on their system, the handset was a TOP-UP and not an open line as I had been billed. I called the following day only to be told a different story.

I paid the balance of R1430 as I was told I owed because one of my contracts was over and I wanted to cancel it with the belief that all would be sorted. My contract was eventually changed to a TOP-UP but not before I was told I had to pay R1800. I have repeatedly asked the store for my contract and a month later, after numerous reminders I'm still waiting.
