Poor service (and attitude)

I have a Vodacom sim card and wanted to move to Mtn, because Vodacom has very high rates. So about a month ago, I first went to the Mtn shop in Northgate Mall, but was told that they can't port on weekends. I then tried during the week, but heard a few different excuses, either their servers are off or the person to port the number from Vodacom to Mtn, is not at work. I then decided to stop wasting my time with Northgate and rather go to Cresta. At Cresta, I was eventually helped, although the person who helped me was extremely rude, rolling his eyes and sighing very loudly when I asked him to repeat stuff because his voice was barely audible. After paying for the new sim card, and giving him all the information he needed, I was told that between 2 - 24 hours, I would receive an sms from Vodacom saying the porting has been done and that I would then be able to use my new Mtn simcard. It's been more than a week now, almost 200 hours later, and still I am struggling with Mtn to get the porting done.

If this is not sorted out soon, I will have no other choice but to go to the media.

Reviewer Update
Since the 13 of July, I have been waiting for the porting to be finalized. I have tried different channels, but each response is different. Someone suggested that I first go to Vodacom to make them aware of me wanting to port to Mtn, but according to Vodacom, it needs to be done through Mtn. Now, I have bought multiple simcards, to fix this problem, and I am nowhere closer to being a customer of Mtn. The only reason I want to move is because Mtn's rates are a little bit cheaper than Vodacoms. And I refuse to just get a new number, because it is so much of a schlep to change my number at all the different places.
