Poor service all round

Hi All

I am really disappointed on how you operate and treat new contracts customers such tedious process and get declined yet no explanation of what might be wrong.

For the past 3 weeks I have been calling your contact Centre and 3rd parties sales departments like Mondo/CCI who also were useless in terms of helping nor providing feedback, applying both in a branch and online even today I still don't know why my application was rejected despite sending my credit history downloaded from Transunion which shows no ellicit activities against my name. Instead my credit score decreased just because of all the background checks done by your institution.
