POOR SERVICE

Poor Service I have been receiving from this service provider since the 09/08/23 to date, I called you because I could not connect, I had to hold for more than 20 minutess before getting through to your agents . I didn't recieve any notification that you were down. I bought My Everyday gig for 30 days so my request was for my data to be reimbersed since I've paid for it and your Agents **** and said they could not check since their systems were down fair enough! I requested for an SR to be logged because I didnt want to call back however that was not done, I called yesterday your Agent Xoli also **** and said she will log an SR and send a ref. I called again today the Agent told me to go to the nearest shop with who's logistics and time? She didnt even check and when I requested to speak to the supervisor she hung up on me. So is this the service we are supposed to get? Worse part this was known issue by mtn but I'm being sent to the shop?
