Poor service

I went to Mtn mall of Africa on the 25 Sept 2023 to book my phone in for repair. I am not happy with the service i got from Shanika, she said to me she has all the information that she needs from me and i can go all is in order, she was saying that because she wanted to go for lunch and in such a rush. After some time she phoned me and asked me to contact telesales to ask for an invoice, i mean this lady works for Mtn why is it so difficult for her to pull all this info from their system. I just feel that she just doesn't know how to book the phone in for repair and now making an excuse, it is not for the first time my phone goes for repair but i was never asked for such info. I am very disappointed on the service that i am getting from her, this is a contract phone all my details are on the system, i just don't understand why is it so difficult for her to just book it. I have been on the phone forever now, holding for telesales, this is so unfair.
