Poor service

I am extremely disappointed with MTN's service. Every time I try to reach out to speak with an agent for assistance, the chat ends abruptly, and my issues remain unresolved. It feels like they have no interest in helping their customers, which is frustrating and unacceptable. If you value good customer support, I would advise looking elsewhere. MTN needs to seriously improve their service and customer care!
