Poor service

Absolutely dispicable service for 3 weeks I've sat without internet and all I get told is tower problems, the staff at the branch in Meadowdale mall have absolutely no enthusiasm or nac to do any part of their job and find out exactly why I have no internet, Why must I pay for a service I do not get??
