Poor service

Received poor service from the retention service ref ***, in particular Matlakala Tefu who responded and failed to cancel my expired data contract after giving instructions to do so way before it expired. They are loading data and charging me, i do not need data anymore. My voice line is e piring in May and after 15 years with mtn this is the first time that i am going to change service provider. This is extremely *********** and unprofessional for this sizable company.
