Poor service

I upgrade my mtn contract. The DSV delivery company have come to my house. His fingerprint scanner did not work I told the driver My simcard is a old simcard of my router. I do not have a cell phone to put in the simcard to receive the pin.The driver was very rude and the DSV company as I told them I want to find cellphone to put in the simcard as it is the big simcard. They refuse and the driver drive away with the cellphone. I TRY TO PHONE MTN CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY DID NOT ANSWER FOR HOLDING MORE THAN AN HOUR
