Poor service

Mtn consultants is they giving me a run around and false information and empty promises.The consultants who promoted the DATA contract deal TO ME initially, prompted false information as I am no longer getting the allocation of the deal that I agreed and signed for. I called on on Tuesday the 22 second to ask why I got the insufficient data and the consultant named mahlubi failed to explained to me why I got insufficient data and he said he escalated the matter to his superior and he gave me the order number of the sim swap that was submitted and completed by consultant at mtn store in Clearwater,and he said is a prove of showing that he escalated the matter to the superior. Mahlubi a consultant that tells customers lies and does care about customer he plays around with customers time and frustration I am disappointed on how come mtn hire consultant that violate customer rights. I have asked for the copy of my contract and I have been given run arounds and I even went to mtn Clearwater mall (next to McDonald's) and they said the can't print I need to call customer care so, but still customer does help.MTN are ****** and they don't care with their customers
