Poor service

Shocking service. Signed up for a deal last week. Gave all my details and was told I was approved and then told I would receive a copy of the agreement as well a payment link straight after the call. Nothing arrived. Had to chase after them to find out what is going on. It's always they checking with the sales team. Nothing happens again. Then I get told Dsv will contact me. Nothing happens. Don't care attitude. No customer service. Truly pathetic
