poor service

went to the Gateway mtn to take on a new contract, was advised porting of telkom number to mtn contract takes 24 to 48 hours, i just received a sms stating porting was unsuccessful and today marks 48 hours, so this means i have to wait a further i dont know how many days for this to be solved, had I known this would be an issue i would have rather approached telkom directly and kept my number that way. Apart from that no one answers the phone at this store in gateway
