Poor service

So disappointed! And unhappy with the service ! I have been trying to get my phone unblackliste since End of April 2021. And what do I get ? Nothing. Every time I call in I receive new information, I have countless references with yet the issue isn’t resolve , and when I request to speak to a manager, it’s either I’m kept on like for over 20 minute or they are buy , mind you I’m not even calling with an MTN number . I was recently told that I have to wait 21 more day on top of the whole month and few day that I have already waited! I really don’t have the 21 more days to wait , I don’t !
