Poor service

I went to the branch today at MTN Newtown Junction mall terminate the contract... The consultant was way too quick to tell me to dial 135 number, when I told him I already did that and I was sent to them to pay, they said the speed point is not working since the first week of December. How does the big company like MTN have speed point that is not working for this long?
