Poor Service

I have this contract for more than 14 years. I renewed the contract at the MTN Store in Table Bay Mall, Cape Town in June 2022.

The lady that renewed my contract ensured me that the minutes would be carried over and that there will be no extra charges. See email below where there was additional charges.

I had a discussion with the Manager Cobus Du Toit who I wrote an email to as well with no resolution. The service from him and his team is pathethic.

Last week my husband went into the store to enquire about an upgrade only to be advised that this person who renewed my contract also renewed it for 36 months instead of 24 months as per all my previous contracts. When we were signing the documents she did not indicate that the contract was being renewed for 36 months, Apparently this is done to ensure that she receives additional commission.

Unfortunately I cannot remember her name but I am sure your records on your systems will be able to verify this.

I have called the store and left messages for the manager to contact me to know avail.
