Poor Service 😢

I very dissatisfied with the service that we get from Mtn just to get my number back after doing a Simswop I have to wait for 24 hour just to get it approved by the supervisor. I have a lot of things that need to be done by that number now am stuck, I can't activate my bank account or claim my insurance with it... 24 hour it's too much I did a Simswop with vodacom it took me an hour for my number to be active....
