Poor service

I am not at all happy with the service i got from MTN Vryheid i have received.The lady that assisted me at the Vryheid,Kwazulu Natal branch was Sonja Goosen.The assistant was rude and didn’t even try to find out if there is any possible way that they can assist me with a ProtectionPro screen protector as i calld the mtn in bothaville and in a matter of a few minutes they called me back to get photos and measurements to see if there is any way the can try to assist me
